		Inn Season:	$125 - $210 Mid-June through Mid-September Mid-December through March

		Quiet Season:	$99 - $180 April to Mid-June November through Mid-December

		Peak Season:	$165 - $270 Mid-September through Late October

		We are strictly a non-smoking facility - a $250 cleaning fee will be charged if a guest has smoked in the room Well behaved children over 10 years are welcome Third adult in room - $25 per night - $35 per night during foliage Family rates available Groups welcome 8% NH room and meals tax additional Rates subject to change without notice Corporate rates available Single occupancy rates available
