When you walk through our door for the first time, we don’t want you to have any lingering questions. We’re always happy to talk to you, so feel free to give us a call and ask about anything that is on your mind. To help you save time, we’ve gone ahead and addressed some of our most popular questions below.

What are your COVID-19 protocols?

Owners are fully vaccinated including recent booster. Inn is spacious with two large common rooms that allow for social distancing. Rooms and Inn are extensively cleaned and disinfected daily. Masks are optional but are welcomed at guest’s discretion. Complimentary Masks available and hand sanitizer is located in common areas. Guests with prepaid reservations that are exposed to or have contracted COVID19 can reschedule to a future date and retain their deposit.

What if I need to cancel my visit?

Upon booking your reservation, you will be asked to make a 50% deposit covering the cost of your stay. If your plans change (life happens!), and you cancel your trip 21 days prior to your first day at the Inn, you will receive a refund minus a $45 administrative fee.

If you ask to cancel your stay, shorten it, or check out early with less than 21 days’ notice, we will ask that you take responsibility for your entire reservation. However, you can apply your deposit towards a future booking.

What are the check-in/checkout procedures?

Check-in starts at 4 PM on the first day of your stay, and checkout time is 11 AM.

If you would like to check-in before 4 PM, after 9 PM, or have a late checkout, please let us know so we can make arrangements (you may be charged an extra day’s stay for early check-in/late checkout).

Would you be able to serve dinner?

In order to provide the best possible breakfast and snack options as well as the widest variety, The Buttonwood Inn currently does not offer dinner service. However, we are surrounded by many award-winning restaurants, and we would be happy to make recommendations and reservations to ensure that every meal during your stay is a memorable one.

Is breakfast included?

Yes, the price of your stay includes a homemade breakfast served every morning from 8 to 9 AM (early coffee and tea are available at 7:30 AM). Our award-winning menu features a variety of sweet and savory dishes, and we’re more than happy to accommodate any dietary preferences (gluten-free, diabetic, vegetarian, etc.).

What is the nearest airport?

The nearest airport to North Conway is Portland Airport (PWM), which is 49.8 miles away. Other nearby airports include Lebanon (LEB) (66.3 miles), and Manchester (MHT) (79.8 miles).
